Services for the City of Spring:
- Weatherization. Organizations funded by TDHCA's Weatherization Assistance Program help low-income households control energy costs through the installation of weatherization materials and minor home repairs, which may include caulking or window sealing. Please contact your local provider or call toll free at (888) 606-8889 (Land lines only) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
