Services :
- Emergency shelter and/or short-term housing assistance. Organizations funded through TDHCA's Emergency Solutions Grants Program may provide emergency shelter and services to persons experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness. When available, services may include short-term rental assistance.
- Emergency shelter and/or short-term housing assistance. Organizations funded through TDHCA?s Emergency Solutions Grants Program Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Recovery (CARES) Act may provide emergency services, which may include rental assistance depending on availability. Persons experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic may be eligible.
- The Housing Stability Services Program (HSS) assists households experiencing housing instability, who have been directly or indirectly impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic, to obtain or maintain stable housing. Income eligible households may receive assistance with housing navigation, security and utility deposits, application fees, employment training, groceries and meals, short-term hotel stays, and other housing stability services. Households should ask their local provider about available services.
