Organizations funded through TDHCA's Emergency Solutions Grants Program may provide emergency shelter and services to persons experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness. When available, services may include short-term rental assistance.

Organizations funded through TDHCA?s Emergency Solutions Grants Program Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Recovery (CARES) Act may provide emergency services, which may include rental assistance depending on availability. Persons experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic may be eligible.
